Implemented a new WordPress website for Gastropub Restaurant Two Forks, integrated WooCommerce to streamline the restaurant’s online presence, allowing customers to browse menus, place orders, and make reservations easily.

WooCommerce will provide a seamless eCommerce solution for online ordering, payments, and even merchandise sales if applicable.

Added an automated customer service representative (CSR) and AI-powered chat for support, which will improve customer engagement by offering 24/7 assistance for reservations, inquiries, or order tracking. This comprehensive approach will enhance the guest experience, boost operational efficiency, and position Two Forks as a modern, customer-centric gastropub.
